The Digital Production Coordinator (DPC) works within the EMEA Production team in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment. The role contributes to the successful delivery of production work for a wide array of Digital product, in support of the EMEA publishing plans for Higher Education (HE) and English Language Teaching (ELT). The key focus of the role is project management.
Provides high-quality, accurate and cost-effective project management across a range of HE and ELT digital products, including course management systems, presentation tools, eBooks, websites. The role also supports direct to customer production activity (file retrieval and preparation, rights maintenance).
Ensures the production activity is market-focused to achieve agreed go-live/publication dates, delivered within agreed budgets.
The DPC is required to develop a solid understanding of product and market requirements, to support and advise stakeholders, and ensure EMEA business and product requirements are met. Works closely with all Production team members, US digital teams and EMEA key stakeholders including Editorial, Marketing, Sales and Customer Services.
The role reports to the Digital Production Manager [DPM]. The Head of Production and Design oversees the EMEA Production team.
This role is to cover a period of maternity leave commencing from the end of May 2019 (for approximately 12 months).
The ELT Product Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover) will be the go-to product expert and is responsible for implementing product strategies for the ELT portfolio of products. The Product Marketing Manager will be the key product liaison between Global and editorial, EMEA sales teams and the Boston Marketing teams. They will preferably use their teaching/industry experience to assess the needs of the market and to understand the key customer perspective
